Welcome to our 5-days Yoga Retreat in Crete! Just as nature enters a cycle of renewal, growth and expansion in spring, so does the energy within us. As we take a break from our busy lives and give ourselves the opportunity for quality time, we reconnect with ourselves.


During these 5-days together from May 15th to 19th we will cultivate joy, peace in our mind and body and learn the techniques to stay strong, connected and healthy from the inside out. This retreat will help you deepen your yoga and meditation practice, you will have time to relax and renew your energy in the beautiful surroundings of South of Crete and revitalise your mind, body and soul. We will explore all our differences and our similarities welcoming the luminous power of our female energy. We will live a unique experience of authenticity and sorority! Supported, guided and accompanied by Marina Kalyani, passionate yoga teacher with 10 years’ experience.


A rich program composed of meditative practices and breath techniques (pranayama) will open our days. Followed by asana sessions to stretch and loosen up (Hatha, Gentle Slow Flow, Iyengar inspired) and relaxing Yin yoga and myofascial release therapy. Meditation techniques based on the breath (anapana).

  • 8:30 am Herbal tea or coffee
  • 9:00 – 10:30 am breathing exercise, morning yoga stretch and loosen up
  • 10:30 – 10:45 Meditation
  • 11 am – 5 pm Brunch/Free time
  • 5:30 – 6:30 pm Yin Yoga
  • 6:30 – 7:00 Meditation
  • 7:00 – Dinner & Free Time
  • 10:00 Lights off
