About

“Awareness is like the sun. When it shines on things, they are transformed.”

Marina Kalyani Pieri

Marina discovered yoga during a trip to Thailand in 2009. After a 13-year career as an advertising manager in a multinational company, she left the corporate world to embark on a journey of personal transformation that led her to India to study and practice yoga full-time.

Over the years, she has completed various teacher training courses and workshops, exploring different styles such as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Iyengar, Meditation, and Pranayama. She also lived and taught for one year in an ashram, fully immersing herself in daily practice and the study of yogic traditions.

Today, she primarily teaches Vinyasa Flow, staying true to her teachers’ guidance and with a specific focus on anatomy, alignment, and mindful movement. Her classes are suitable for all levels, with a particular focus on helping students deepen and advance in their practice.

She integrates props as essential tools to support and structure a solid, safe, and complete personal practice. Whether in private sessions, group classes, studio or online formats, Marina creates a space of awareness and discovery, guiding students to explore their bodies in a progressive, intelligent, and respectful way.

Marina continues to train regularly through workshops and seminars to offer an approach that is always evolving—one that supports both group and, above all, individual practices.

She has completed nearly 500 hours of certified training and over 1000 hours of teaching experience. She teaches in both Italian and English, with sensitivity and adaptability to each student’s unique needs.
