Marina si è avvicinata allo yoga durante un viaggio in Thailandia nel 2009. Dopo una carriera di 13 anni come manager pubblicitaria in una multinazionale, ha lasciato il mondo corporate per intraprendere un profondo percorso di trasformazione personale, che l’ha portata in India a studiare e praticare yoga a tempo pieno.
Negli anni ha completato diversi corsi e seminari di formazione per insegnanti, approfondendo vari stili come Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Iyengar, Meditazione e Pranayama. Ha inoltre vissuto e insegnato per un anno in un ashram, immergendosi nella pratica quotidiana e nello studio delle tradizioni yogiche.
Oggi insegna principalmente Vinyasa Flow, con un approccio fedele agli insegnamenti ricevuti e un’attenzione specifica all’anatomia, all’allineamento e alla consapevolezza del movimento. La sua pratica è adatta a tutti i livelli, ma pensata in particolare per chi desidera approfondire e avanzare nella propria pratica.
Utilizza supporti (props) come strumenti fondamentali per integrare e strutturare una pratica personale solida, sicura e completa. Durante le sue lezioni – individuali, di gruppo, in studio o online – crea uno spazio di ascolto e scoperta, in cui ogni praticante è guidato a esplorare il proprio corpo in modo progressivo, intelligente e rispettoso.
Marina continua a formarsi regolarmente attraverso workshop e seminari, per garantire un insegnamento sempre aggiornato, profondo e calibrato sia alla pratica collettiva che a quella individuale.
Con 500 ore di formazione certificata e oltre 3000 ore di insegnamento, propone lezioni in italiano e inglese, adattandosi con sensibilità alle esigenze di ogni studente.

"I spent a lovely week with Marina in Crete on June. She’s a fantastic yoga teacher with a perfect view on everybody of us. We had great yoga time, dynamic in the morning and slow yin in the afternoon. We did some meditation together and in the evening Marina’s friend Paco played some music for us or with us and we were singing all together like on a private concert with the view of the ocean. At least I went back home with a lot of good energy and force."
"Marina and Paco created an amazing atmosphere, where we all felt very comfortable and safe! The overview from the location (Casa Doria) is absolutely incredible, which made me feel very connected to the nature. It’s a remoted place and it takes 1,5 h from Heraklion airport. The agenda was filled with a lots of meditation, yoga lessons (yin or vinyasa), live concerts from Paco, singing and workshops. Everything was very well prepared. I mostly liked the yoga lessons in the mornings - I learned a lot from Marina, also I found my motivation to do a yoga training one day! Marina is a very warm-hearted, inspiring and caring person. She has a very positive and kind way of interacting with people - but both, Paco and Marina are full of inner peace and loving kindness :) I am very thankful for meeting them both!
